Location

Luxurious Apartment Prestige with magnificent view at Kvarner bay has it’s separate entrance. Nearby you can find grocery store (20 m), bus station and promenade by the sea, restaurants (100 m), city center (1,2 km) and night club. 5 minutes walk from the apartment there is a beach with rocks and concrete surface suitable also for diving and fishing and 7 minutes walking there is a dog beach. On the beach 1 km away you can rent a pedalboat, boat or rent a birth for your boat. There are also tennis courts 1,2 km away. In the radious of 10 km you can go for horse riding or mountain hiking on the Učka mountain.

Equipment

Apartment with separate entry is surrounded by the green areas and terrace of 180 m2. In the outdoor area, as a part of the apartment you can use free of charge: sun umbrellas, deck-chairs, big garden swing, garden shower, summer kitchen, barbecue and whirpool jet spa for 6 people. There is free WiFi and SAT TV. Parking is available within the house area.

Interior

2 floor apartment with luxurious equipment can acommodate up to 6 guests providing comfort and enjoyment of relaxing and luxurious stay. There are 3 bedrooms each with double bed, TV and balcony access. In the livingroom area guests can use big sofa, TV, fireplace and covered balcony with the sea view.
Kitchen area has its own exit to the balcony and is fully equipped (dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven, regular oven, etc. and there is a large dining table. There are 3 bathrooms in the whole apartment – each one fully equipped, one with bathtub and two with showers.
In the entrance/hallway area there is one extra room with WC and washing machine separate from the rest of the bathrooms. On the upper level of the apartment there is a gym area with various fitness equippment and additional livingroom area with the extandable sofa suitable as a bed for 2 guests with access to another balcony with a great sea view.
There is also a second outdoor kitchen within the apartment with the 80 m2 terrace, barbecue and whirpool jet spa.

The apartment has one double bedroom, living room with extendable sofa for one adult or two smaller kids, kitchen, bathroom (shower/WC) and terrace. There is also a grill that can be used on request. The apartment doesn’t have a sea view, but only from the terrace.

Modernly designed, it has been completely redecorated in 2019. The apartment has one master bedroom with double bed (bed size 1,6 x 2 m) and one smaller bedroom with double bed (bed size 1,5 x 2 m), two bathrooms with walk-in showers, spacious living room with modular sofa for two persons, dining area connecting living room and kitchen, fully equipped kitchen, utility room and large covered balcony with clear glass fence and magnificent sea view covering the whole bay. Both living room and master bedroom have their exits to the balcony with the sea view. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning in living room and both bedrooms, free Wi-Fi access, smart flat screen SAT TV in living room (65”) and master bedroom (32”), washing machine and dishwasher and many other appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave oven, oven, water boiler, filter coffee machine, induction cooktop, exhaust hood with outside air duct and touchpad interface. Balcony can be approached either through the living room large glass sliding door or through the master bedroom through balcony door both of which equipped with remotely operated outdoor sliding blinds.
