Luxurious Apartment Prestige with magnificant view at Kvarner bay is situated in quiet and sunny part of Opatija. Nearby you can find grocery store - 20 m, restaurants – 100 m, city center - 1,2 km, night club - 1,2 km. 5 minutes walk from the apartment there is the first beach with rocks and concrete surface suitable also for diving and fishing. There is also a beach 1 km away where you can rent a boat or rent a birth for your boat. There are also tennis courts 1,2 km away. In the radious of 10 km you can go for horse riding or mountain hiking on the Učka mountain.

Apartment ANJA is on the first floor of the family house having its own entrance and with the accommodation capacity for 2 guests. The apartment has one double bedroom, living room with extendable sofa for one adoult or two smaller kids, kitchen, bathroom (shower/WC) and terrace. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning in living room, free wi-fi, SAT TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is “pet friendly” on request with extra charges. There is also a grill that can be used on request. The apartment doesn't have a sea view, but only from the terrace.

Apartment MIA is on the first floor of the family house having its own entrance and with the accommodation capacity for 6 guests. The apartment has two spacious double bedrooms and one smaller single room, living room with extendable sofa for two persons, three bathrooms (shower/WC), spacious kitchen, utility room and to balconies and terrace. Living room has the exit on the first balcony with the beautiful sea view and the kitchen has the exit to the second balcony. The kitchen has another exit to the terrace covered with patio sunshade. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning in master bedroom and living room, free wi-fi, SAT TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Parking is also available for apartment guests. Apartment MARIS I is situated on the first floor of the family house having its own covered burglarproof and keyless entrance and with the accommodation capacity for 4+2 guests. It has been completely redecorated in 2019. It has one master bedroom with double, one smaller bedroom with double bed, two bathrooms with showers, spacious living room with modular sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, utility room and large covered balcony with clear glass fence and magnificent sea view covering the whole bay. Both living room and master bedroom have their exits to the balcony with the sea view. The apartment is equipped with A/C in living room and both bedrooms, free Wi-Fi access, SAT TV in living room and master bedroom, washing machine and dishwasher and many other appliances. Two large screens situated at the end of the balcony top also provide sun shade and are remotely controlled. Parking is also available for apartment guests (one parking space for a regular sized car).

Both living room and master bedroom have their exits on the terrace covered with manual patio sunshades. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning in living room, free wi-fi, SAT TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Parking is also available for apartment guests.
